Hello everyone! This is my first contribution to the Lunar Quarterly as Membership Chair. 

As of October 15, The ASC currently has 97 active members, comprised of:  
15 Honorary (six of whom have paid dues…..thank you!)

The ASC’s by-laws allow for a 2 month grace period (September and October) during which time former members (those who were members in 2006-2007) may continue to enjoy the privileges of membership (free lectures, free pre-lecture classes, tape rentals, a personal or professional listing in the Online Membership Directory, a link from our web site to your astrological home page, the Lunar Quarterly, invitations to special events, and discounted fees for workshops).

Reminders and Final Notices for membership renewal were mailed early this month to former members who have not yet renewed. Anyone who has not renewed by October 31st will become a "former-member". Renewals may be conducted on-line and membership dues paid using PayPal. The URL is http://www.MyAsc.org.

If you decide to renew your membership by postal mail, please send a check made out to the ASC for $40, along with your renewal form, to me at the address below. Please be sure to provide updated information.

We wish to encourage more new people to attend our lectures. It is our policy that a first time attendee can participate in a pre-lecture or lecture free.


As Membership Chair, one of my many jobs is to try to make sure that we are addressing the needs and wants of the membership. If you have any questions, suggestions, or otherwise, please call, write, or e-mail me.  We hope that you will join us again for another fun, educational, and inspirational season, and I look forward to seeing you at our lectures or hearing from you!
